Training Professionals Today For Tomorrows Decisions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SaPhar
website, learning platform, training courses, content, and related services.
By creating an account, purchasing a course, accessing
training materials, or otherwise using the SaPhar platform, you agree to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you
must not use the platform or purchase any services.
References to "SaPhar", "we",
"our", or "us" refer to SaPhar Limited.
References to "you" or "your" refer to
any individual, organisation, learner, or customer using the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase courses
through the platform.
If you purchase training on behalf of an organisation, you
confirm that you have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of that
organisation.
3. User Accounts
To access training content, users may be required to create
an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information
during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
SaPhar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts
where inaccurate information has been provided or where these Terms and
Conditions have been breached.
4. Course Purchases and Access
Course access is granted upon successful payment and
enrolment.
Unless otherwise stated on the course page, learners will
receive access to purchased courses for a period of twelve (12) months from the
date of enrolment.
Course access is provided for the named learner only and may
not be shared with, transferred to, or used by another individual.
Organisations purchasing courses for employees may assign
unused licences to named learners. Once a learner has commenced a course, the
licence may not be transferred to another individual without prior written
agreement from SaPhar.
We reserve the right to amend, update, replace, or withdraw
course content where necessary to maintain accuracy, regulatory relevance, or
platform functionality.
5. Course Content and Learning Materials
Course materials may include videos, presentations,
assessments, downloadable resources, templates, guides, and supporting
documentation.
Some resources may be available for download where
indicated. Downloadable materials are provided solely for the learner's
personal or internal business use.
Course content is provided for educational purposes only and
should not be considered legal, regulatory, medical, professional, or business
advice.
Learners remain responsible for ensuring compliance with
applicable laws, regulations, guidance documents, and organisational
procedures.
6. Certificates and Course Completion
Certificates of completion may be issued upon successful
completion of course requirements.
Some courses may require completion of knowledge assessments
or other learning activities before a certificate can be awarded.
Where applicable, certificates will indicate successful
completion of the course and any associated Continuing Professional Development
(CPD) credits.
SaPhar reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or invalidate
certificates where fraudulent activity, academic misconduct, account sharing,
or misuse of the platform is identified.
7. Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Selected courses offered through the platform may be CPD
certified.
The availability of CPD credits and the number of credits
awarded will be clearly stated on the relevant course page.
SaPhar reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or modify CPD
accreditation arrangements where required by accrediting bodies or regulatory
requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available through the SaPhar platform, including
but not limited to course materials, videos, presentations, assessments, text,
graphics, logos, downloads, documents, and certificates, remains the
intellectual property of SaPhar and/or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold,
sublicensed, published, recorded, uploaded to third-party platforms, or
otherwise exploited without prior written permission.
Access to a course does not transfer ownership of any
intellectual property rights.
9. Acceptable Use
- Users must not share account credentials with others.
- Users must not allow another individual to complete training on their behalf.
- Users must not copy or distribute course content without permission.
- Users must not attempt to circumvent platform security measures.
- Users must not use the platform for unlawful purposes.
- Users must not upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.
- Users must not interfere with the operation of the platform.
- SaPhar reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is identified.
10. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the
applicable currency.
Any applicable taxes, duties, levies, or similar charges
will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before payment is
completed.
Payment must be received in full before access to training
is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SaPhar reserves the right to amend pricing, promotions,
discounts, and course fees at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect
courses that have already been purchased and paid for.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
As access to digital training content is typically provided immediately following purchase, eligibility for refunds may be affected once course access has been granted or course content has been accessed.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any statutory rights available under applicable law.
For refund enquiries, please contact us via the contact us page.
12. Corporate Customers
Organisations purchasing training on behalf of employees are
responsible for ensuring that learner information provided during enrolment is
accurate.
Corporate customers must ensure that licences are only used
by the assigned learner.
SaPhar reserves the right to audit licence usage where
misuse is suspected.
13. Platform Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform
remains available and operational.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may
occasionally need to perform maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs.
SaPhar shall not be liable for temporary interruptions
caused by maintenance, technical issues, third-party service providers,
internet outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaPhar shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss
arising from the use of the platform or training materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for
death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent
misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable
law.
The total liability of SaPhar in relation to any claim
arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the
customer for the relevant course or service.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy and
Cookie Policy.

applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data
Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
16. Changes to These Terms
SaPhar reserves the right to update these Terms and
Conditions from time to time.
Any updates will be published on the website and will take
effect from the date of publication.
Continued use of the platform following
publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes
